I used to believe that being healthy meant being smaller, that exercise was a punishment for what I ate and that my worth was tied to a number on a scale.
I ran myself into the ground trying to fit an impossible standard and it cost me my health, my energy and my happiness.
It wasn’t until I discovered strength training that I found what I really needed for my body, my confidence and my mindset.
Now I help women like you - high-achievers, working moms, women who excel at taking care of everyone else but struggle to prioritize themselves - find the same kind of strength.
