The Lifting Club is a small group strength training membership for women who already have experience with lifting weights and are looking to refine + sharpen their skills.
Whether you’re fresh out of Learn to Lift or just ready for the next phase of your lifting journey, this membership gives you the coaching, accountability and supportive community you need to become your strongest self.

Hi, I’m Mia - founder of The Strength Girl and your coach for The Lifting Club.
I created this program because I was so done with toxic fitness culture.
Restrictive eating, workouts as punishment and chasing an unrealistic body standard left me feeling burnt out and disconnected from my body.
Once I learned how to train for strength, not just for aesthetic purposes, everything changed.
Now I help women build sustainable routines that make them feel strong, confident and powerful.
