Simple 3-Step Process:

  1. I'll Receive Your Response: Whether you’re applying for 1:1, interested in group programming or have a question, I’ll personally receive your response.

  2. You'll Hear From Me: If you’ve asked a question I'll email you back personally within 24-28 hours. If you’ve applied for 1:1 coaching I’ll let you know I’ve received it and review your application. For group programs, you’ll be notified of the next available spaces.

  3. We'll Figure Out Next Steps Together: No pressure, but together we’ll make sure you’re matched up with the right fit for you.
