I created this program because I was tired of feeling like women didn’t belong in the weight room- like we were only meant to stick to the treadmill and play the role of “cardio bunnies.”

But deep down, I knew that wasn’t the story I wanted to live or the message I wanted to send.

Now, I help women walk into the weight room with confidence- to be loud, proud, and unapologetic about taking up space in the gym.
