GROUP COACHING

Lift, Learn and Grow Alongside Like-Minded Women

Group coaching is for women who want expert guidance, real accountability and a community of like-minded women who are on the same journey as you.

It's more affordable than 1:1 coaching while the smaller group setting still gives you hands-on instruction, personalized feedback and the support you need to keep showing up and getting stronger.

Whether you're brand new to lifting or ready to refine your skills, there's a group program designed to meet you exactly where you are.

Learn to Lift (8-Week Beginner Program)

Learn to Lift is an 8-week, small group coaching program designed for the beginner in mind who wants to learn the basics of weightlifting. Throughout this program we break down the 5 major movement patterns in order for you to start feeling confident and comfortable lifting weights in the gym.

The Lifting Club (Monthly Membership)

For women who have already learned the basics and want to keep building strength

The Lifting Club is an ongoing small group coaching membership for women who already have experience with lifting weights and want to refine their skills, increase their strength and keep progressing. You'll get progressive programming, real-time feedback and a strength squad that lifts you up - literally and figuratively.

WHAT MAKES THIS DIFFERENT?

✗ We don't focus on weight loss or getting smaller
✓ We focus on what your body is capable of and how you feel

✗ We don't use progress photos or step on scales
✓ We measure progress by strength gains, energy levels and confidence

✗ We don't expect you to overhaul your entire life
✓ We meet you where you are and build habits that fit your life

This isn't about restriction or punishment. It's about becoming the strongest, most confident version of yourself, inside and out.
