1:1 coaching is for women who want a strength program designed specifically for their body, their goals and their life. As your biggest fan in your health journey, get direct access to me for accountability and support every step of the way.

4-month minimum in order to make real, sustainable progress. After the initial 16-week commitment is fulfilled, you can either exit the program or continue on a month-to-month basis.

Learn to Lift (8-Week Beginner Program)
For women who are new to lifting and want to build their foundation
Learn to Lift is an 8-week, small group coaching program designed for the beginner in mind who wants to learn the basics of weightlifting. Throughout this program we break down the 5 major movement patterns in order for you to start feeling confident and comfortable lifting weights in the gym.
The Lifting Club (Monthly Membership)
For women who have already learned the basics want to keep building strength
The Lifting Club is an ongoing small group coaching membership for women who already have experience with lifting weights and want to refine their skills, increase their strength and keep progressing. You'll get progressive programming, real-time feedback and a strength squad that lifts you up - literally and figuratively.

Perfect! You can either learn in a 1:1 setting or through our small, group program, Learn to Lift. Learn to Lift was designed specifically for beginners where you’ll learn proper form, build confidence and get comfortable with all the foundational movements. No experience necessary.

Great question! If you want fully customized programming and direct 1:1 attention, personal coaching is the way to go. If you're looking for expert guidance at a more accessible price point and love the idea of training alongside other women, group coaching is a great fit. Still not sure? For group programs (Learn to Lift and The Lifting Club), all sessions take place at The Strength Space in Brantford so no gym membership is needed. For any in-person, 1:1 coaching, all sessions will take place at The Strength Space. You can choose to do your assigned workouts at another gym or at home with the equipment accessible to you.

I work with clients who have injuries all the time. We'll modify movements as needed, work around limitations and focus on building strength safely. That said, I always recommend getting clearance from your doctor or physio if you have specific concerns.

For 1:1 coaching if you have to cancel a session, that session will be made up and your invoice will be pushed back to accommodate for that session. For Learn to Lift, it is an 8-week program that builds each week, so if you miss one you will have to be brought up to speed on what you missed at the next session. For The Lifting Club, because it is a monthly membership, you can choose how many times per month you would like to commit to and choose your own session schedule.

Pricing varies by program. For 1:1 coaching, investment is customized based on your format and goals. We'll discuss this during your discovery call. 1:1 coaching sessions are typically 45-60 minutes, plus time for your workouts between sessions. All group sessions are 60 minute classes and are designed to fit into your real life.
